Guests MUST be a minimum of 48 inches tall and 10 years of age. Children under the age of 10 will not fit the equipment and may pose a safety or operational concern.
The Edge VR’s proprietary magnetic tracking technology allows you to be immersed in VR in a way that compares to no other VR experience. We employ a groundbreaking full body tracking system that does not require line of sight. Therefore, there is never any loss of tracking due to obstruction. This allows you to interact with fellow players and objects in the physical space directly.
A Vive wireless headset, light belt, leg sensors and gloves are all that is required. Our custom made gloves allow for real time finger tracking. Our system doesn't require heavy backpacks or tethers, which allows you to have best free roam VR experience!
We ensure the safest possible environment for all our guests and staff by adhering to current CDC recommended guidelines. All of our equipment is properly sanitized and as an additional precaution, we use the ExAstris UVC lamp for further sterilization. Your safety and health are a top priority for us and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.

We highly recommend booking online to secure a preferred time slot. Walk-in players can some times be accepted, but please call before to check availability. Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis and we are often booked.
The actual amount of time in VR is approximately 25 minutes. However, you should allocate about 1 hour in total for the additional admission and setup time.
Due to the nature of our technology we rarely have instances of motion sickness.
Yes, we prefer you wear low profile frames or contact lenses. Large framed glasses may not fit.
No, it is not recommended for women who are expecting to participate.
Guests cannot use wheelchairs as the metal will interfere with the magnetic tracking system of The Edge VR. Guests needing accessibility accommodations will be able to participate in The EdgeVR in a seated experience.
While we encourage you to take photos in the set up area and share online, we do not allow phones, keys or other metal objects within the game space. Doing so may diminish the game experience.
We can accommodate up to six guests at a time - we have two platforms that hold three players each.
Absolutely! You will receive a complimentary video clip of you and your friends upon completion of your experience. Just provide your email address during check-in to receive your video link.
